Booking & Payment

Appointments should be booked in advance. Payments may be required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Clients must inform us in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges. Refunds, if applicable, are at management’s discretion.

Service Limitations

All services are for relaxation and wellness purposes only. Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service when necessary.

User Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is not shared unnecessarily with third parties.

Liability

Imperia Thai Spa is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or any unforeseen reactions after treatments.
